We're Hiring A CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Cupps Beer Root Brewery is the only beverage company that actually makes “Beer Root - Root Beer” and not root beer flavored “soda pop”. BEER is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a carbonated non-alcoholic or a fermented slightly alcoholic beverage with flavoring from roots or other plant parts.”  Whereas SODA POP is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a sweet drink containing soda water, flavoring, and a sweet syrup”. The beverage industry has turned “root beer” into a flavor and therefore it is no longer what it was invented to be. 

At Cupps Brewery, we are currently seeking a Chief Revenue Officer of Beverage Sales to join or Executive Team and help us roll out a national sales campaign.  We need help hiring and building a Sales team for the distribution of Cupps Beer Root as well as being responsible for the management of the Sales team including the day-to-day sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• A track record of the successfully rolling out a new Sales team to sell a new beverage product into an existing market.
• Strong sales skills with national, regional and global accounts.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
• Highly resourceful team player but can also work independently.
• Excellent expert level communication and writing skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• 5-10 years experience in the Beverage and/or Food Industry.
• Experience managing a Sales team.

Compensation

• Full-time Compensation.

We are searching for a driven, creative individual who has a passion for creating the best beers. In our case, the best Beer Root - Root Beer, and soon perfecting other beer recipes, such as a low-calorie Beer Root called “The Mrs.”, and a new twist on Ginger Beer. This person’s primary responsibility will be to work with our Founder on mass producing our flagship product, Cupps Beer Root. The Brew Master’s responsibilities will be to product a quality product and manage the Cupps Brew Team to meet our production goals, help build a rapport with suppliers, keep accurate records, and help us maintain an ISO compliant factory. You must be communicative, passionate, thorough, and creative.  Our BrewMaster must have extensive knowledge about brewing processes, and always put quality and safety first.

• Extensive experience in breweries.
• 8-10 years experience as a BrewMaster.
• Passion for beer.
• Creativity and ability to develop quality recipes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
